Yes. Follow the measurement guide (it takes ten minutes), or book a free video fitting from the chat and your designer will measure you on screen. Every measurement is confirmed before cutting.

Please do. Upload inspiration photos in the design builder or send them in the chat. Your designer will tell you what's possible, quote a firm price and lead time, and send you a sketch or fabric photo before starting.

Made-to-measure pieces are guaranteed to fit the measurements you confirmed. If they don't, we alter it free of charge or remake it. Tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo.

Yes — unworn ready-to-wear pieces (netela, kuta, accessories, standard-size items) can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Custom and made-to-measure pieces can't be returned, but they're covered by the fit guarantee.

United States $12, Canada $18, UK and Europe $25, Ethiopia and Eritrea $35. Shipping is free on orders over $250. Every parcel is tracked and insured; you'll get the tracking number in your order timeline.

Orders shipped within the US ship from Pennsylvania with no duties. For Canada, the UK and Europe, duties may apply on orders over your country's threshold; we declare items accurately and can't mark them as gifts.

Hand wash cold with a gentle detergent, separately the first time — tibeb threads can bleed. Don't wring; roll in a towel, then dry flat or on a hanger out of direct sun. Iron inside out on a cotton setting while slightly damp. Never bleach.

Folded with the tibeb border on the outside, in a cotton bag or tissue, away from damp. Refold along different lines every few months so creases don't set.
